Actual weight is the weight of the package while volumetric weight takes into consideration the dimensions of the package. For example, if you order a tall vase, the volumetric package weight will be calculated based on the Length x Width x Height divided by 5000.

International Express shipments have destinations outside of the country of origin while the Domestic service is shipments with a destination within the same country of origin.

Primarily, we manage mid-sized to large accounts. However, we can also support growing businesses with average monthly order volumes.

Occasionally, we offer a trial period so a potential company can experience our service. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and is largely determined by the project’s scope.

The customer support center is open from 8.00 To 6.00 P.M, with the exception of a public holidays and weekends. Our warehouse is open from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturday – Thursday. Our Receiving department is open Saturday – Thursday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Standard office hours for other departments are Saturday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 5:00

Yes, we provide IQ BRANDED shipping supplies for FULLFILLMENT AND X DOCK, you have the option of using our shipping supplies or sending us packaging supplies. If we use your supplies, we will inform you when your inventory is low.

After picking, packing, and scanning an order, our system can automatically confirm the shipment back to your eCommerce cart system. The order confirmation contains carrier tracking IDs and can trigger shipping confirmation emails to the consumer.

We can store and ship some HAZARDOUS products like nail polish, aerosols, and other non-toxic materials. Our company will access each product on a case-by-case basis to determine specific risks. we are not offering FROZEN / Dangerous good and products less than the room temperature

Yes we do offer the convenience of using either or both, once you are a client, our account management team will reach out to you and train you on all our portal aspects and features!

The Onboarding process starts within 24 hours from receiving the signed documents, The team will get in touch with you if further documents/Information needed. A fulfillment Account creation could take up to 7 days to be Active. A dropship Account could take up to 3 days to be Active.

Fulfillment Account: Our Onboarding team will send you a welcome email within 24 hours from receiving the complete signed documents to get the information about the products you will ship with IQ. – After providing the SKUs/Products information to IQ onboarding team, it could take 2-3 days for the SKUs to be registered on the system and the Account credentials to be created. – Stock receiving and Inbounding could take 24 to 48 hours – The onboarding team will send you an email with your Account credentials, IQ Contacts list, and a request to schedule live portal training session. – Once the Training is completed, Stock received, you are good to ship. Dropship Account: – Our Onboarding team will send you a welcome email within 24 hours from receiving the complete signed documents to get the information about the products you will ship with IQ. – After Providing the product information to IQ, it could take 24 – 48 hours for the Account credentials to be created, Packing Materials to be sent to your office. – The onboarding team will send you an email with your Account credentials, IQ Contacts list, and a request to schedule live portal training session. – Once the Training is completed, packing materials are received, you are good to ship.

Yes, IQF will assign a dedicated Account manager to be the main Point of contact, handle your concerns and direct your inquiries across departments.

The Onboarding team will share with you IQF Contacts list which will include several contacts in each department. You can get in touch with your dedicated Account manager and they will get your inquiry directed to the relevant department.

IQ Fulfillment specializes in order fulfillment and delivery services. We are not authorized to initiate exchanges, replacements, refunds, or returns for delivered products. For these requests, please contact the vendor, online seller, e-commerce website, or social media page where you made the purchase. They will handle your request and coordinate with us to arrange for a delivery associate to pick up or exchange the order.
